Founder + OwnerI've always been the person who loves bringing people together, planning the details, and making sure everyone is having a great time. Whether it's a wedding, milestone birthday, corporate gathering, or backyard celebration, I genuinely believe some of life's best memories are made when people connect, celebrate, and share meaningful moments together.
Friends and family would probably describe me as the "organized one" — the person with the colour-coded spreadsheets, detailed timelines, and backup plans for the backup plans. I love being prepared, but I also know that the best events aren't about perfection; they're about creating moments that feel effortless, joyful, and memorable.
One of my favourite sayings is that I'm completely happy to go with the flow... as long as I know when the flow starts.
That's exactly the approach I bring to Toast & Tonic Events. Through thoughtful planning, exceptional hospitality, and elevated bartending services, my goal is to handle the details behind the scenes so you can be fully present for the moments that matter most.
Whether I'm creating signature sips, coordinating timelines, or making sure every guest feels welcomed, I'm passionate about creating celebrations that feel personal, seamless, and uniquely yours.
When I'm not planning events, you'll likely find me teaching spin classes, spending time with family and friends, or dreaming up the next great idea over a coffee.

I've spent years working in the service industry, from crafting cocktails behind the bar to helping create memorable experiences at events. One thing has always remained the same: I genuinely love connecting with people.
I never shy when it comes to striking up a conversation. Whether I'm greeting guests, mixing drinks, or helping bring an event to life behind the scenes, I believe great hospitality starts with making people feel comfortable, welcomed, and celebrated.
Some people have a talent for remembering names, making connections, and keeping the energy up in a room—and that's where I thrive. I love being part of the moments that bring people together and helping create an atmosphere where everyone can relax, have fun, and make lasting memories.
When Taylor and I started dreaming about Toast & Tonic Events, it felt like the perfect opportunity to combine our strengths and build something we're truly passionate about. From signature sips and seamless service to unforgettable celebrations, I'm excited to help create experiences that leave a lasting impression on every guest.
When I'm not behind the bar or working an event, you'll usually find me spending time with family and friends, chasing new adventures, and finding any excuse to gather people together.

Our Story
Toast & Tonic Events began the same way many great ideas do — over drinks and a conversation between best friends.
Aynslee and I met while working together in a restaurant and instantly clicked. If you know us, you know that friendship quickly turned into countless ideas, adventures, and business plans. We were always dreaming up our next venture, some remaining ideas on paper and others slowly becoming reality.
One afternoon, while sitting on a patio talking about life, careers, and the future, we found ourselves asking:
"Surely there's more to life than the 9–5. Why can't we just bartend events together? We always have so much fun doing that."
And just like that, Toast & Tonic Events was born.
What started as a conversation quickly turned into brainstorming names, building colour palettes, imagining our dream clients, and setting goals for what we wanted this business to become. One thing was always clear from the beginning: we wanted to build a company that felt authentic to us. A company built on great hospitality, meaningful connections, and a team of people who genuinely enjoy working together. In fact, one of our biggest goals is to hire other best friends because that's where the magic happens.
As we continued planning, something else became clear. While bartending was where the idea started, event planning was where my heart truly was. The more details we mapped out, the more I realized that helping people bring their vision to life wasn't just something I enjoyed — it was something I genuinely loved. Some people might think planning timelines, organizing details, and coordinating important events sounds stressful. I think it sounds like a dream job.
Today, Toast & Tonic Events is the perfect combination of both of our passions: exceptional hospitality, thoughtfully crafted sips, meaningful celebrations, and seamless event planning.
So here we are — two girls, one dream, and a whole lot of excitement for what's ahead.
